You should give different NG artists a small section of the downstairs wall to create a mural.
It may turn out a tad disjointed, but seeing all of the different styles, subject matter and themes as you wander around the room would be pretty sweet.
The space downstairs? Take it as your own, and hide your porn stash there. Or make a recording studio like groundpwndr said.

Good for you I guess.....honestly, I don't really care as of now. Mostly because:
1. I can't get your games.
2. I'm not going to any place any time soon.
3. Seeing the features will be past done when I'm able to get somewhere, I see no point in being excited.
