Dude you ARE Newgrounds, "In Charge" or "I run this place!" or if you're asking which 4 at the top directly, CEO, Because CEOs always have a roll to fill.

I believe CEO is the best way to describe your role in Newgrounds, but Founder also tells the others who owns this site, So Founder and CEO is appropriate.
