I would say CEO, becuase you already called yourself it. Look on the old Pico page (found via the Pico collection page) in the about the author section. It clearly says "My name is Tom Fulp, CEO of newgrounds.com"

Even though Owner sounds informal, I think it still is the least douchey. Besides the company isn't just a car, It's everybody's car. You just run it, pay people, etc. Besides the motto is everything, by everyone. So it really doesn't matter that much. We take some of the hit of "doucheness" for you.

Founder is the way to go, but here are some others if you want: architect, author, beginner, benefactor, builder, constructor, creator, designer, establisher, forebearer, framer, generator, initiator, institutor, inventor, maker, organizer, originator, patron, planner, prime mover (i like that last one, maybe even prime decider), begetter, brain, deity, executive producer, sire, lord, or the almighty. I would say Founder. it makes you seem less of an authority figure. and newgrounds is kind of looked as like "fighten the man" kind of site. I mean its even called, New Grounds with a tank as your logo lol.
