I like the idea of "Founder and CEO" as your title. It gives the impression that the company is still approachable, because the man who founded it is still working there, but also a serious company, due to the CEO part.

Well according to NG's Wikipedia page, "Founder and CEO" so I guess you have to go with that because it's always right. Although, Big Cheese or Head Honcho would be a nice title to have.

Captain Fulp. Or more seriously, i would have to say Founder because thats what you are. You don't 100% own newgrounds (not ideologically) but you certainly 100% founded it.

Of course Chairman Fulp also has a nice ring to it. Or maybe Something like:
Sir Lord The Right Honourable Tom Fulp, S.J, Ph.D, M.D, Bt, OM, GCMG, GCVO, KCB, KStJ

those are all real titles by the way (and in correct order).
