I'd personally say go with a combination of founder and owner. Use both, informal and least egotistical whilst still getting across that you run it and started it with yer own hands.
maybe some realy big title that totaly discribes it doesn't matter if you're a douche on paper. examples Founder and CEO (use the combo's dude)
If I fill in some paperwork for my boss I ussualy use the term executive producer (I work with a fotografer awesome job, I meet like 14 models every week.
