When is the site having another makeover?
I have no other place to say this other than here; I've seen a screen shot of the redesign and, although some aspects of it look nice, I think most of them are terrible and would serve as ungodly replacements for the current design.
I really don't like how instead of a description accompanied by a 46x46 image, it's now a massive image with no description of any kind, or even a name.
I also really don't like that rust look either, or that brownish sunshine design. Above all, it feels overly simplified and massively dumbed down.
Is there gonna be an option where you can change back to the '06 through '10 design in just the same way we currently have the option to change between "classic" and "in-page" mode in our Portal Preferences? Matter of fact, you could do that with every design you've had for the site if you wanted.
Yeah... pleases everybody. I doubt you'd implement it even if you wanted to, due to how much of an overhaul it would be, the storage and all the equipment you'd need to support the feature.

My dad used to work for a tv station, and he knew about all this stuff. He thought video toaster was the greatest thing under the sun. He even had a poster in his office, lol.
Someone mentioned it on some movie the other day, and my dad looked lit up and wouldn't shut the hell up about it for nearly an hour. With the way he talks about it, you'd think he made the fucking thing.
I should show him this, although he probably has it lying around somewhere on VHS.
