I do exactly the same. Except im worrying about handing in a college assignment 3 months late, or what to do after the weekend, or whether to quit my job at Tesco's. If you weren't worrying about making games, Newgrounds (etc..) you'd only be worrying about other things. And worrying about a massive website you own, or wicked games you're making isn't such a bad thing to be worrying about in contrast.

i feel your pain tom
when ever i try to go to sleep,i fall asleep like at the next hour or so. it used to take me a couple of minutes but i guessed thats changed. i guess the older you get the slower are faster it takes for you to go to sleep.

Try getting some melatonin tablets to help you sleep on those kind of days, thats what I do and I manage to sleep. Don't worry it doesn't give you dependancy issues because I've easily managed to sleep without them
