For some odd reason, I find it IMPOSSIBLE to go to asleep until my body actually tries to phyiscally wear itself out. Strange.

Heres how you can try getting some sleep. Have some one come over and puch you in the face sevreal times and throw you off a clift. Theen lay down on you bed or whare ever you sleep.. AnD SLEEP! lol

you know whats worse? when you get sick, sleep all day, then wake up at 1 in the morning, because you apparently had TOO much sleep, with a pounding headache, stomach pain, amsomnia, and throw up before and after you brush your teeth...

He, it happnes to me a lot...thinking´bout school and other things. the ONLY way i can sleep at the time soundly is exercising the "$%& outta myself... either that.... or taking a aromatehrapy bath. trust me, the lamer it sounds, the more efective it is. Seriously.
