There is train station parking up the street, along with the train if people come in from downtown. The parking lot is free at night and on weekends, which is why the spot is good for events but not day-to-day operation.

Everything me and my friends have wanted to do is slowly being done by, you and your utopia community, and while my friends failed to continue our ideas, I can hope they will be brought to life in another form by ng. Make use of you oppurtunities a head, i know i would and am sure you will not fail either.
Unless there are cost implications behind having those iron beams left open (like insulation costs), you could make a feature out of them... like that crappy scene from X-Men 3, where Magneto lifts the Golden Gate Bridge.
Of course, that would imply that you have a big Mural of Magneto sitting in a corner of the room, but that might be fun. Or not. Alright, I'm going, bye.
The iron beams are gonna stay exposed and for now, un-painted. Once everything else is painted, we'll decide if they should be painted as well (if they end up clashing).
Solution= A huge freaking ball pit. Remember like when we were kids at Chuck E Cheese and McDonald's playgrounds? Now a days all the safety regulations and crap, there's NOWHERE I can go dive into a pool of balls and swim around. Closest I get is late night on the general forum.
If you don't put in a ball pit, do the obstacle course from that show Double Dare that used to come on Nickelodeon.

Well whatever it is, I can't wait until it's finish. Keep us up-to-date on it in the meantime. Hopefully when it's finish, I would love to go there and see it for myself.
