Ok, the Games 2 or 4 Girls dress-up games...MUST GO! They piss me off, I swear. What's there to play? It's a fuggin dress-up game. Compared to all the freelance attempts from the user submissions here, those dress-up games may as well not even be here. It's like they just don't fit! I know NG has tons of variety, but those dress-up games are geared towards 8 yr olds.

Go all Mad Max apocalypse on these types of submissions. It's like little to no effort was placed into making them.

I would say leave them, unless they are causing issues as far as space is concerned. It is a slippery slope when you start deleting things. Sure the games are repetitive and "cookie cutter", but what if after they are all gone and the idea comes along that we should get rid of the games that have less the X views or an X score. Those games are also not adding to the community, so why not trash them? I gotta admit that somethings Ive submitted aren't the greatest things ever. Some might even call them pure shit. However, I can say that I put effort into them. If I make one person laugh, smile, enjoy themselves then I feel like Ive accomplished something. Maybe that's all these people are looking to do. There isn't truly a way to tell. In all honesty they can't be making much money on their crap games, or maybe they are just lonely? Anyway thats just my thoughts. Trust me, I can 100% see why blamming them would be a GREAT idea. It just feels wrong in a sense to me.

Quite honestly, I think people just need to be more productive in the voting pools. If there are 20 users who try to save a flash...then a 1000 users who judge the crap fairly will see to it that it is blammed.

The games speak out for them selves for their shitty value and these companies are jus smearing poop on their image and logo.

But it is those Hentai slide shows and quizzes that really irk me.

It has been a problem for a while, and it's not one with an easy solution. The sites motto is after all everything by everyone.

The NG community could hunt down offending users who automatically start on a lower score upon entry into the portal. Making them easier to BLAM but still allowing them a chance to captivate the NG audience.

I'd like to see more creative and original submissions, or just submissions which show the creator made an effort. But then again there is a lot of brilliant stuff here, so maybe less crap is the solution.

This makes me wonder how I should vote for flashes. Do I look at every one individually and critique them on their artistic and functional merit, or do I factor in every "artist's" submissions (the cookie-cutters) and just them on improvement (or lack thereof).

These cookie-cutter games (games2rule, 123bee, etc), I either don't leave a vote or vote zero. I personally think they're spam, and I would support a cookie cutter game apocalypse. Make Newgrounds be a site for artists to show their work, not some company to attract site traffic.

I've been meaning to tell you man that you need some kind of staff security guy or something to watch new Submissions. Lately Newgrounds has been getting some SERIOUS BS posted on here and it actually PASSES. Half the time it's some dumbass posting something here for the hell of it and it's quite annoying that the site is getting filled with these jackoffs. I'm sure that's what blam/save thing is for but my point is the stupidest things made still manage to pass new submissions. It's retarded man.

I vote in agreement for the mass-BLAM cookie-cutter APOCALYPSE. This post literally took all the words out of my mouth and put them on a stage that everyone will actually show up to listen to.

I can't recall the amount of times I've come up on these copypasta submissions that are essentially rips of code from some Flash help site with a new coat of paint over it. What I see here is Portal spam any way you slice it - cookie-cutter games must be original or otherwise face immediate BLAMination.

I seem to remember there being a user 123-something, that would just submit really low-effort, cookie-cutter Flash games with multiple accounts nearly everyday for a while. I'm sure this person and the associated users are trying to churn out as many games to make a profit from the API system. I don't remember much of what happened, but the user's account and all those tied were eventually removed along with all their submissions - they are still back in business, if a quick glance at the recent submissions is any indication.

It may have been okay a while ago, but I think it's just going too far now. I am all for this operation and also a way to educate users on how to detect stolen submissions, as not many are savvy or observant enough to note subtle, but tell-tale signs.

It would be great if you could put a filter on the portal/account to filter out any and all adult content kind of like the art portal. i feel uncomfortable or a waste of space seeing all this adult content such as meet'n'fuck spreading the walls of newgrounds bettering content that is just under it getting lesser attention because of it. and (sometimes) original/better content doesnt get the attention it deserves. Newgrounds really needs a box or filter that can search through to get some of those low rated, low viewed games a spot. kind of like the treasure hunt.

Well, I'm all here for the forums and the audio more or less audio. Kinda sucks, because flash is some hardcore scientific shit. It surpises me that people somehow know how to use the program and still do shite with it.

Anyways, i dont have too much thought on this because i dont have the answers to everything tom. Always nice to know whats up though,
