Perhaps referring to yourself as the Web Designer, Founder, and as an Active Contributer would be best? If not, you could always try asking the creators of some of the other popular internet communities would help.

Actually I think CEO is the best description.
My thoughts on this are somewhat strained between two answers: President and Founder. My own opinion is it's a combination of the two, but narrowing it down to the wire I'd have to say president sounds more accurate.
NG has quite the number of users in it's midst; exactly how many I don't know, but I'm not pressing into finding out this information myself. Too much hassle. :p
In the center of the community sits you, with Wade acting like your VP (or at least I imagine it as such) with the programmers and mods acting like your Cabinet and various other secretaries.
Sometimes things don't have to go through the full chain of command, such as bans and the like. If they did, nothing would really get done and you'd probably find your ass plastered to a chair most of if not the FULL extent of a day, each and every day until you'd crack.
Those are my thoughts, soooooo TL;DR: President. Final answer. :)
