It takes me an hour to get to sleep, really annoying when I can only sleep for a couple of hours.

Well I can't offer any advice that hasn't already been offered(yeah I read the posts)
only thing I am sure of is once Castle Crashers finish say hello to an excellent night of sleep.

I am no doctor or even trained to handle this sort of stuff, but it would be wise to take 1 day off so you can relax. Put all your work somewhere that you won't be tempted to work on and to stop thinking about Castle Crashers for just that day.

yeah.. i have that feeling sometimes. ist when you get to bed, but ALL of a sudden you say ''what did i forgot?'' or ''should i sleep? its only two hours....'' and i cant sleep. and i want! but i cannot sleep, and when i manage to sleep, i sleep for two mins, and im a wreck.

yea, it sucks.
especially when your busy.
