Wow, everything about your Bank account seems AWFULLY important.
They can't ask for information about ANYTHING without stating a clear reason why, thats international law! They don't have to give evidence but they havn't even accused you. Thus f they did come to your residence and "get the needed info from you"(even though they don't know where you live) that'd be against international law aswell, because they haven't supplied a reason for doing so.
another 2 obvious reasons why it's a scam, apart from the credit card nonsense, are:
1). The FBI would arrest you out of nowhere if they wanted to question you, not notify you that your being watched even though they don't know your name or even where you live.
2) How do they have your email and know you've done something wrong, which they fail to specify, without knowing your identity?
I don't know if it's the same in the USA but here, in England, I get roughly 3-10 scam calls to my landline/house phone every day, and i'm hardly at home, my email inbox gets littered with rubbish like this beyond what i could count, is it the same in other parts of the world, especially with all this PPI rubish?

"we got a report on you" is the first mistake. first off, a report is to be issued by local officials, not the FBI, and even so, why would they use the anonymous identity of "report"? a "report" of what? and why the obvious grammatical error when it should be "we HAVE a report on you"?
"If it ends up being crime you can get from 5 to 20 years in prison. Because of this, we need more information about you so we can investigate further." is the second error. who wrote this? a 13 year old, brain damaged, inbred, negro? in this line "if it" makes no sense because "it" is never specified beyond "a report". so... is the "report" a crime? if they think something is criminal, they would have to have both a warrant and the basic ability to accuse and apprehend based on evidence collected. not to mention "you can get from 5 to 20 years" should be "you could serve", and "more information"? the FBI investigates. they don't interrogate, and if they did, it would most likely be homeland security or local police.
the third HUGE mistake her that destroys any credibility is this:
"WARNING: If you do not reply within 72 hours, we will send special forces to get the needed info from you.
We need all the information below:
Title. First name.... Street address. Country. City. State, region or province. Zip/postial code."
seriously? they warn you by threatening to send special forces to you WHEN THEY DON'T KNOW WHERE YOU LIVE OR WHO YOU ARE! good going 13 year old kid on the internet with a fancy shmancy email address and a C in middle school english.
