Hi there! In case you didn't know, I created newgrounds. No, it wasn't made by some giant company - just some dumb kid who now has help. I also co-founded the Behemoth; we made Alien Hominid and Castle Crashers. Icon by Pegosho, banner by OmenaKettu.

thank god! I am not in America!

I call shenanigans!!!

No wonder the government shut down.

Insurance companies are wack. The definition of "terrorism" is also pretty subjective, when coming from the American Gov't. haha. They try to define it, in a way that excludes the things they have done, in the name of "freedom". or something like that.

Hope you don't get caught in any explosions at all. But at least you are covered. ish. :)

Filed for worker's comp recently because they told me it would easily cover anything that happened because of work, no problem.

Then I got pills which didn't fix my problem but gave me an irregular heartbeat, and on the day I asked if I could just go in for a second appointment, they told me my claim had been denied because respiratory problems are common, and because I waited two weeks.

I waited two weeks because I didn't want to be a greedy asshole and try to get my job to pay for anything I could make them. And because I didn't know it would require treatment.

The law is programmed with its ass in the air begging to be abused. These clowns make the anarchists look right.

Why can't you do your job anymore when you got no arms? You can still pay monkeys for typing code.

Which convention would that be? Where and when?

All that talking about terrorism and national security so they can pull rip-off.

what if terrorists held us hostage and removed our arms requiring $5 million per limb as ransom money. and they had like jackets that had 'terrorist crew' sewn on on the back, so there's no doubt this is a terrorist act, what then

If no one actually pays them $5 mil then it might not be covered.

tom were is the madness day 2013 winners list? its done yet? :1

It's in the works!

Damn government and its ridiculous insurances.

So conclusively, they force you to pay an additional $188/year for nothing! There's no justice...

I assume terrorists, in the interest of doing as much harm to as many people as possible, would be less inclined to blow up a regular house btw, so there's one benefit to the potential swap. But just in case they do, maybe you should buy a house that (preferably one that rapidly increases in value and thus:) combined with all NG equipment will be worth at least five million....

Do you want me to blow the place up?

That way the additional 188$ a year would not be a complete waste of money

I guess if you crashed a 747 into the office, that would be worth over $5 mil.

Laws must be always followed, despite what those laws are. Everyone needs to follow all the laws without thinking.
*not trolling, now*

Gotcha!
I'll try to make sure the explosion only blows off your arms

Insurance is lame.

Insurance this dick niqqa

Does that include cyber terrorism?

A lot of companies also take out life insurance policies on employees where if the employee dies somehow, the company gets a pay out, supposedly based on lost productivity/hiring replacement/training replacement.

Terrorism rider seems pretty odd but that's the world we live in.

You may want to back things up just in case a terrorist attack were to actually happen to NG.
