IKEA furniture is highly likely, we'll probably have some decent couches, then a lot of short tables and cube chairs ala the Behemoth / NG parties during Comic-Con.

There actually was a moment where I kinda regretted not just putting a rock climbing wall down there. A pull-up bar would be handy too.
