Since you're so concerned with how your title represents you i think you should use, "Founder, Owner & President".

My advice is to say the Founder.
"Master" sounds good
"King of the Portal" is the Newgrounds title.
But a basic "Web Creator & Manager" sounds perfectly acceptable and humble.
Sorry...why does it matter on paper? If you would rather describe yourself differently verbally, that's cool. But in terms of running NewGrounds as a company...you're the CEO, right? You're calling the shots.
It's not a "douchey" thing - it's just how it is.

I humbly suggest that in those instances where your title is asked for, you put:
"Kind hearted, narrow assed gringo harboring a gentle soul and a colossal vision for internet possibility with an affinity for Mexicans, Gingers and kitty kats."
You should also probably maybe sketch an angry faic in the margins and a Phili gang sign or three.
Or just simply
"Tom Fulp" position filled by "Tom Fulp"
