Hi there! In case you didn't know, I created newgrounds. No, it wasn't made by some giant company - just some dumb kid who now has help. I also co-founded the Behemoth; we made Alien Hominid and Castle Crashers. Icon by Pegosho, banner by OmenaKettu.

But have you tried Madness Accelerant on Opera?
Also is that a little hint on a new Madness game or not?

Haven't tried it... And I wish. :(

Yeah don't try it in safari... just warning you.

Madness Day is upon us. The violence, the blood. Sigh, Dawn of the Madness, Day of the Madness, Dusk of the Madness. No more after those three, a bit sad.

Willie D Madness will be up

That's strange, I play a game called Realm of the Mad God, and that runs perfectly in chrome, but doesn't work as well for other browsers, and it's a flash game.

I think that when people are testing their games, they're naturally tested in their browser of choice and also optimized for it naturally.

Adobe Flash just simply SUCKS for the most part when it comes to compatabillity. Some versions work better with browsers while others are terrible for certain browsers. I have noticed a constant roller coaster in performance since day one. I stick with Macromedia Flash 2008 because its all I need. Adobe has really been going downhill lately and I'm sick of their terrible customer service. I hate that I have to pay to update my program because a free update made it constantly freeze and filled it with glitches.

All in all, sometimes its just not a good idea to update. Also, apparently Dolphin Browser works very well with flash game playing. I recommend giving that a shot. I just wish there was more compatibility with flash so that our users always have a great game / movie experience.

Chrome also managed to break controls in ALL AS2 games multiple times taking days for a bugfix (it wasn't important enough...). Chrome really lacks in the Flash department, and I think it's because Chrome somehow incorporated Flash into their browser.

Yeah I've noticed those periods where it breaks. Would think integrating it in the browser would at least make it work WELL when it works. I wonder if it just comes down to some small element on Madness Accelerant, like use of PNGs or something.

Chrome ain't so bad. Been using it for 2.5 years and its never let me down. :P

I've loved Chrome for years as well but NOW I'M SAD.

Oh shit, you're right. Chrome, I am disappoint.

Oh shit, you're right. Chrome, I am disappoint.

I didn't meant to double post. Chrome, once again, I am disappoint.

Yeah I agree, Firefox runs all of my games (AS2) perfectly in Firefox which is my default browser. I've played my games before in Chrome too and it just lags and the framerate goes terrible. :(

I just tried it on Chrome, there was only a tiny amount of lag, hardly even noticed it.

Can you check and see if you have the latest version of Chrome?

My heart belongs to Chrome, and I have the same issues. I'm torn. :(

Does NOONE use Maxthon 3?

Everything is so perfect on it.

It's the flash players fault, imo. Also, on my machine FF has a newer version of the player(11.4) than Chrome(11.3), so perhaps that could be the reason.

I tried the game on Chrome, it froze SO FUCKING MUCH.
On Firefox, it was slow and laggy.
My computer's playing mind games with me. :C

I found that Chrome eats up a lot more CPU resources and a little less RAM than Firefox, but they both eat resources like they were starving. I've been getting into Opera, it uses infinitely less of everything & seems to do everything the rest of them do...I may be hooked.

as2 is gay

Works fine, but, I'm pretty sure my version of chrome is out dated
